Ordering from multiple types of vendors can quickly become complicated when users have to navigate different experiences. SharpSharp needed to bring restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and fast-food vendors into a single delivery experience without making the ordering process feel complicated. The challenge was to help users find what they needed quickly, complete orders with minimal friction, and stay informed about their delivery after checkout.

I created a structured home and search experience that brings SharpSharp's different services into one place. Users can browse Restaurants, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, and Fast Food, discover featured vendors, search across categories, and explore nearby vendors on a map. I designed the ordering flow to reduce friction from vendor discovery to checkout. Users can review vendor information, menus, ratings, and reviews, customize their orders, add notes for riders, send orders as gifts, and complete payment through their wallet or saved cards. I designed a dedicated tracking experience that gives users visibility after placing an order. The order progresses through clear states, while users can access the delivery code needed to confirm their order with the rider.

Because the core purpose of SharpSharp is ordering, I prioritized vendor discovery, cart access, checkout, and order tracking. Rather than treating each vendor type as a separate experience, I established a consistent structure across Restaurants, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, and Fast Food. Wallet, cards, addresses, referrals, promotions, and support were organized within the account experience so they remained accessible without competing with the primary ordering journey.

SharpSharp launched as a multi-service delivery platform for Edo State, bringing food, groceries, and medicine ordering into a single mobile experience. The app has recorded 100+ downloads on the Google Play Store, giving customers a single platform to discover vendors, place orders, manage payments, and track deliveries.
