Bundlegram is an all-in-one digital payments platform for airtime, data, bills, wallet services, and other everyday transactions. It also enables agents to access discounted services, resell them, and earn from transactions. I designed the complete web and mobile experience for both customers and agents, from user flows to final interfaces and implementation support.
THE PROBLEM
Bundlegram was launched as a new platform with a wide range of financial and digital services. Bringing airtime, data, electricity, cable TV, internet, education, betting, E-PINs, wallet management, and transactions into one product created the challenge of making a feature-rich platform feel simple, clear, and trustworthy. The experience also needed to serve two closely connected audiences: everyday users making personal payments and agents using the platform as a way to access discounted services and generate income. The goal was to create an experience that made everyday transactions straightforward while giving users confidence at every important financial step.

THE SOLUTION
I designed a unified experience that organizes Bundlegram's services into clear, accessible journeys across web and mobile. The platform allows users to quickly access essential services, manage their wallets, review transactions, make withdrawals, monitor activity, and manage their security settings. For agents, the same experience extends into agent activation, discounted services, bulk E-PIN purchases, and the ability to resell services and earn from transactions. I also designed the email banners, App Store and Play Store screenshots to support the product beyond the core application experience. The work continued beyond handing over the designs. I collaborated directly with developers during implementation to clarify interactions, test the product, identify usability issues, and make UX decisions together where implementation considerations affected the experience.

BEHIND THE DESIGN
Before moving into the design, I worked through the product requirements to determine how each key feature should function and connect. I reviewed these decisions with the Project Manager before iterating on the designs, keeping the product requirements, business goals, and user experience aligned. The experience was designed across both web and mobile, adapting the interface and interactions to suit each platform. Considering multiple services available, I designed reusable patterns across transaction flows so users could understand how to complete different actions without having to learn a completely new interaction each time.

THE OUTCOME
Bundlegram launched across web, iOS, and Android, bringing its payment and digital services into a single platform for both customers and agents. The platform has since processed ₦5M+ in transaction value, serving 2,000+ customers and 100+ verified agents. For customers, Bundlegram provides a single place for everyday payments and digital services. For agents, it extends that same platform into a business tool.
